Dear Mike,

Sorry that it has taken a while to write to thank you for the service and professional help that you gave in my recent training and test for a full licence. I shall have no hesitation in recommending your company to others.

My special thanks should of course go to Rich, Pete and Andy for the patience and encouragement they gave throughout. Thanks to Petes wife for the tea, good luck to Rich for the marathon and Tell Andy my hearings better now thanks. I hope his cold is better!!!!

All of you made the whole thing fun and now that I have passed will try to continue to put your good advice and training into constant practice. I have not finally decided on what machine I will get yet but am still looking. I have looked at Flymo's, Qualcast and Black and Decker but still fancy the Atco Super 18 inch with larger grass box, it will be more stable in the corners. By the way I left a pair of blue waterproof trousers with you on the last day ( the ones with the mud down the left leg ) and I will pop in to pick them up sometime, no hurry.

Again thanks to you all for the fun and superb training.

Regards,

Gilmour Shelley

Dear Mike,

It is becoming increasingly rare to find companies or organisations who dedicate themselves 100% to delivering high quality, professional service to their customers and clients.

Assured Rider Training stands out as one of these companies and I would like to pass on my thanks to you and your team for helping me successfully pass my Direct Access motorcycle test first time. In particular I would like to thank Lee, who taught me on my original CBT and on whose advice I went for Direct Access. And to Richard who taught me through my Direct Access, putting up with my persistent crossing of amber lights and my "quick" right hand turns.

I took my CBT on the 18th June 2002 and passed my Direct Access on 18th July, firsttime. When you consider that I had never previously stepped onto a motorcycle, this is outstanding credit to your team. The efforts have not only earned me my full motorcycle license, but were also been highly enjoyable.

The original purpose was to enable me to take my wife. pillion on our Vespa motor scooter - but I can see this rapidly turning into the purchase of a "suitable" (you've got to think style, Richard !) motorcycle for enjoyable, fair weather days, "safely" touring.

So, thank you all once again, I will have no hesitation in recommending ART to people in the future.

Best Regards

Dear Mike

I am writing to thank you for all your help and patience in the training course that I undertook recently with your company, I thought that all your tuition was first class and that I was made to feel very welcome and felt comfortably at ease with all your instructors during the course.

I now look forward to many years confident and safe riding and would again like to thank you for all help and have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and colleagues.

Yours Sincerely
Mr Terry Green

Dear Mike,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to you and your instructors for the excellent tuition I received, guiding me through to a first time pass on the 500's. At 45 years of age and not been astride a bike for more than 15 years the training speaks for itself.

Would you please pass on my appreciation to Richard, who gave up part of his day off to provide me with extra instruction. Pete and Andy who carried out such a professional job.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mike

I would like to thank you and your team at 'ART' for the help. guidance and support given to me over my five day course.

I found the attention to detail and ability to explain the fundamentals and more 'technical' areas from both Richard and Andy second to none.

I will not hesitate in recommending ART to fellow colleagues.

Once again thanks very much and I look forward to seeing you again when I have my bike.

Kind regards
Seteve

Dear Mike

Rarely does one have the opportunity to comment on good standards of customer service let alone high standards of delivery. Please extend my thanks to your team for their professional and committed approach to the delivery of safe motorcycle training. Although unsuccessful in passing the test, I can say that it was not because of the standards of tuition or lack of test preparation.

Unfortunately, work commitments, the requirement to take a theory test and non-availability of weekend testing over the short term does not lend itself to a re-take in the fore-seeable future; after which additional training would be needed on the bigger machine for me to be successful second time round.

As discussed, the intention to sell the SR 125 remains unchanged. Should it be of interest to you, please could contact me by 20 Feb 01 after which it goes for private sale. (Away from UK 9  - 19 Feb).

As acknowledgement of the safe and expert tuition, please would you pass on the enclosed contribution to your instructors for their planned Go-Kart Piss up evening.

Many thanks again.

Best Wishes and Safe riding to you all
Mykek

Dear Mike,

Just a note to say thanks for the help, advice and support last week from you and your team. The whole process from initial introduction, theory test, CBT and then lessons culminating in the DSA test was friendly and professionally organised, making life much less stressful for the already nervous student.

Especial thanks to Richard for seeing me through the training program, which at times must have been extremely frustrating, but at least the knowledge and advice passed on came together when required. Thanks mate and all the best with your media course and for the future.

Several colleagues at work have now expressed an interest in pursuing the Direct Access Course and I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to them, now or in the future.

Yours sincerely,
C Douglass

Dear Mike,

Just a short note to say "thank you" to you and your staff for helping me pass my bike test on Mon 10 June. I really enjoyed the training at the weekend (despite being nearly drowned on Sunday afternoon) and found Richard's tuition to be first class. I will have no hesitation in recommending
you to my friends.

Yours sincerely,
Mark
