‘GET YOU FULL BIKE LICENCE IN 2012′ and avoid the inevitable confusion caused by yet more Euro intervention when the EU Third Directive comes into force in the UK on 19th January 2013.

Those affected primarily will be anyone aged between 17 and 23. In summary a stepped licence system is to be introduced whereby unless your are aged 24 and above you will have to ride a restricted bike for two years and take further training and/or test before you can ride an unlimited machine. The current age for Direct Access eligibility (no restriction immediately) is to be raised from 21 to 24. As we get further details we’ll let you know! The full details are not yet clear.
