                           Terms and Conditions



   1) All fees must be fully paid by the commencement of all training courses
   2) Assured Rider Training Southamptn Ltd reserves the right to determine the suitability of a student for each course.
   3) Any student participating in a course must:
       a) be duly licenced to ride a motorcycle on the public highway in the United Kingdom, and be in possession of that licence during each training session. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the loss of your course fee on CBT as we are not allowed to start the course unless the licence is in your possession at the beginning of the day.
        b) use a motorcycle, which, if not provided by Assured Rider Training Southampton Ltd, conforms to all current regulations and is in sound mechanical condition, has a valid MOT Certificate if required, and which is appropriately insured.
        c) wear clothing which will offer suitable protection whilst riding a motorcycle.
        d) wear a safety helmet which conforms to the latest requirements by law.
     4) Assured Rider Training Southampton Ltd will provide a motorcycle if required for use by the student throughout the training period. For your peace of mind we have provided Fully Comprehensive insurance for which the policy excess is £250. In the event of damage to the training motorcycle by the student, the student is responsible for damages up to and including the policy excess amount. Minor damage up to £10 incurred within the full duration of the course is not chargeable to the student. Damages and the policy excess will be reclaimed from the other party’s insurers in the event of a third party being responsible for any accident.
      5)  Fees for Compulsory Basic Training include fees for the first visit only. Should we need to recommend further training there will be a half fee of £70 for the next full course fee, and £40 for a half day including the road-ride.         
      6) All deposits are non-refundable. Agreed course dates may only be re-arranged or cancelled if sufficient time exists to re-fill the vacated place. In the event that the place cannot be filled failure to attend agreed training dates will result in fees paid by the customer being forfeited. The Company shall make every effort to fill the vacate a place to avoid this necessity.

      7) Assured Rider Training Southampton Ltd accepts no liability for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising out of the acts or omissions of Assured Rider Training Ltd, its employees or agents, unless those acts or omissions are caused by negligence or wilful default by Assured Rider Training Ltd, its employees or agents                                . The rights of agreement cancellation are as those specified under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
